I decided this week that I like being pregnant (so far I guess). Things have gone really well and I've felt really good and I love having a little friend inside of me that gets to come with me everywhere when I'm working or going for a walk or just sleeping at night and I can feel her moving or know that she's asleep. I think I really will miss that when she's born. But I think Greg will enjoy her more outside of the belly. I keep trying to tell him how much he's missing out on but he'll find out soon.
So I'm really excited about our "new" car seat we got. It's actually two years old but after it went through the washer and was disinfected I think it looks brand new and it's perfect. Exactly what I wanted; not too girly but looks cute. And we even got some practice with the buckles on our little bear.
And I also finished her baby blanket that I've been working on. I found the idea on this blog (http://www.dana-made-it.com/2008/07/tutorial-faux-chenille-blanket.html) and love how it turned out! However, it's kind of difficult to see in the pictures but I love it.
And I hate to do this because I feel lame but here's my most recent pregnant picture at 27 weeks. And I only do this for my friends/family who I never see just because I know what it's like to want to see how someone looks when they're getting big and pregnant...whatever. Here you go.

Aw, thanks for posting the pregnant shot! You read my mind. But YAY I'll get to see you next week for about two seconds so I can see for myself in real life! You look lovely as a pregnant person! So funny that you said you like being pregnant, I actually really did, too. I remember thinking 99% of the time it was so wonderful. I am so excited for you and excited that she'll be here before we know it! And I LOVE the blanket you did. Nothing's better than a good blanket. Love you!
Oh, what a cute belly! It is coming really fast, we can't wait to meet her, but we don't know when that will be. Love the blanket, I actually just finished one of these myself. Are they not the best!? Love them.
