Our trip to Utah...

I know I haven't been the best blogger and this is a little late but we had so much fun in Utah over New Years and for Cory & Sara's wedding! We were there for six days and were so lucky to get to see our family and so many friends!

After going snowboarding at Mad River (our snowy/icy "hill" here in Ohio) we had such a blast going snowboarding on the snowy, huge mountain with Kels, M'Liss, and Cierra. It was the perfect day and the snow was so nice! It went by too fast.

Here's my cool husband- I'm so lucky to have married such a talented man!

Greg was stuck with us girls all day but he said he didn't mind. I mean I would say we're a pretty fun group of girls- he was lucky.

Then we got to see all the cousins at the Morawetz Family Christmas- thanks for the webcam Grandma & Grandpa! We had to take home a bigger bag just to get our gifts home but it was fun!

And the whole reason for the trip...Cory and Sara got married! It was such a fun day and we're so happy for them! Being married is the best.
All the girls- waiting for the couple

The new Klein family, minus Cami- we missed you!!

And for some reason we didn't get pictures but it was so fun to visit Devin & Lauren, the newlyweds, at their little apartment, and stay up late with Callie & Tyler, laughing and talking about uh...who knows. What was so funny Cal? Ha. Then Lib & Al came over- just like old times. It was so fun to see all my friends and it's your turn to come to Ohio now!

One year ago...

Last January 11, I had no idea when I walked into ward prayer with the single's ward (classic, I know) that I was about to meet the man I would spend the rest of forever with. Once prayer was over I noticed that I hadn't ever met him and he was standing there by himself, looking good in his Michigan sweatshirt and sweatpants. I went over to introduce myself and he persuaded me to feel sorry for him because he had just moved to Utah and "had no friends...". We exchanged phone numbers and I told him I'd call if I was doing "anything exciting".

After a few phone calls and four days later I just couldn't quite stop myself from stopping by the church to say hi and watch him play ward ball. Little did I know that from that day on he would occupy my mind every single day following.

Obviously things went well and now one year later we've been married for five months, live in Columbus, Ohio, and have the best life together. I never saw this coming but I love him so much and am so glad he came into my life one year ago!
